Ads, trackers, pixels or social media widgets. Visit statistics are collected without cookies — via Vercel Web Analytics: anonymised page views, no profiles and no cross-site tracking. Fonts are served from this same domain — no requests to Google. There's no cookie banner because there are no cookies that require consent.
The site runs on Vercel. Like any server, it processes technical data (IP address, request time) in logs — to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept briefly — hours to a few days. Vercel is a US company; any data transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and standard contractual clauses.
If you write to pavel@pavelburdyka.com, your address and message land in my mailbox (Zoho Mail, EU servers) and are used only to reply. Legal basis: acting on your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, object to processing (where legitimate interest is the basis), and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland — the President of UODO). In practice, I hold almost no data about you — but do write.
